Leadership Team


David Bakelman – CEO

David began serving as CEO in July 2017.  He brings over 20 years of senior level nonprofit experience in growing regional, national and international charities.

David has an MSW from Florida State University and a BA from Eckerd College.  

David has devoted his entire career in servant leadership and looks forward to continuing this legacy with The Pap Corps.  

 


Tracey Loveridge – CFO


Lorri Gail Oziri – Director, Development

Lorri grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and moved to South Florida with her husband Yoni several years ago. Having relocated from Pennsylvania, the couple currently resides in Delray Beach. Ms. Oziri comes to The Pap Corps with over thirty years of professional Fund Development and Public/Media Relations experience. Lorri spent thirteen years as Vice President for Development at Opportunity House (a multi-service organization with the primary focus on teaching self-sufficiency to at risk or low-income individuals and families), in Reading, where she led the agency through multiple Annual fundraising campaigns, two Capital Campaigns and successfully building donor and community relationships. Lorri is a member of the Pap Corps through her community and a cancer survivor with an understanding and personal goal of the mission to find a cure.

Richard Grable – Director, Marketing & Communications

Richard joined The Pap Corps as Director, Marketing & Communications in August 2018. He brings over 16 years of global experience in various industries within both established and new markets. Richard has developed complete marketing campaigns utilizing digital marketing, social media and traditional marketing vehicles. He has worked directly with management, sales and engineering teams to provide guidance and direction towards tactical product development and positioning. Richard’s strategic efforts have help companies increase brand recognition and overall growth. He is honored to work with The Pap Corps and he is dedicated to making sure their mission is achieved.

Richard earned B.A. in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University.

In his spare time, he enjoys activities with his family and friends and pursuing his many hobbies.


Kathy Krizmanich – Administrative Assistant

In February 2015, Kathy was permanently hired by The Pap Corps. Two years prior to that, she volunteered two days a week, while working another part time job. What led Kathy to The Pap Corps was very personal. Like so many of us, her life and the lives of those closest to her were devastated by cancer.

Being a cancer survivor herself of twelve years has taught Kathy the preciousness of life. She also lost her husband and parents to cancer. Her desire is to help others affected by the disease and she does this by being a part of The Pap Corps.

As Administrative Assistant, her skills from her many years in Office Management and as an Executive Assistant have served to be of utmost support to the wonderfully dedicated Pap Corps volunteers and office staff.

Some of Kathy’s interests outside of work include cooking, reading, music and spending time with friends. She has one son, Phil, a Marine Corps Veteran, who served in the Persian Gulf and Afghanistan.

Kathy loves her job and is honored to be a part of The Pap Corps.

Cheryl Ferrazza – Digital Asset and Content Manager

Cheryl joined The Pap Corps in September of 2016. Prior to that, Cheryl worked as a photographer, designer, website developer, and has held several administrative positions within different industries.

Cheryl studied photography and architecture. Her professional background has been varied within the creative, administrative and technology fields.

In her spare time, Cheryl continues to pursue her passion for photography. She likes to draw and has recently delved into the world of 3D printing.

 

Marketing


Victoria Moss – Intern Development and Marketing

Originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, Victoria moved down to South Florida to be closer to family and further her education. This past December, she graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts and minor in Social Media and E-Marketing. She began her time with the Pap Corps as a volunteer for one of the Pap Corps events, The Yacht Hop. From then on, she was brought on as an Intern for their Marketing and Communications department. She shares a personal connection to the cause behind the Pap Corps’ mission. Within her own family, her uncle and grandfather were both diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer. Her uncle, unfortunately, passed at a young age, while her grandfather is currently battling the disease. She is very proud of the work being done at The Pap Corps. She has thoroughly enjoyed her time with the organization and looks to continue a career in nonprofit. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family.

 

West Palm Beach Outreach


Sarah Negrin – Director, Palm Beach

Sarah originally growing up in the Northeast, moved to Florida in 2011. She joined The Pap Corps team in September 2017. Sarah has dedicated her life to helping others. Bringing over fifteen years of experience in the nonprofit world, she has had made significant contributions in impacting the community for the better. Sarah specializes in corporate and business development, events & fundraising. She is excited and honored to help our efforts in creating a world without Cancer.

 

Finance & Operations


Aaron Pleat – Systems Data Analyst

Aaron has worked for The Pap Corps since August of 2015. He deals with membership, events, the website, and special projects with the development team, as well as handling minor in-house technical support issues.

Outside of work, his hobbies are video games and cosplay.

 

 


Alex Fajardo – Senior Accounting Manger

Prior to joining The Pap Corps, Alex worked with Switchboard of Miami, a non-profit organization, as an Accountant and Supervisor. His varied experience includes positions like Sales Executive, Logistics Coordinator, and Control Agent for an airline.

He received a BA in Business Administration and Accounting in Hospitality from the Antonio Jose de Sucre Collage in Caracas- Venezuela.

 

 


Bernard Vaughn – Accounting Specialist

Carolina Borgese – Accounting & Operations Specialist

Before joining The Pap Corps Carolina was a customer service representative responsible for contacting vendors and coordinating roadside and medical assistance.

Now that she has joined The Pap Corps, she is happy to be part of an organization that helps such an important cause.

Carolina has been a certified spinning instructor since 2013 and completed group fitness instructor training in 2016.

She also loves helping people ease into a healthy and active lifestyle.


James Rapoli – Accounting & Operations Specialist

James joined the Pap Corps team in March of 2018 and felt right at home. He earned a B.S. in Accounting in 2015 and as of late 2018 has completed his M.S. in Accounting. James has embraced his new role as a Champion for the Pap Corps and strives to provide assistance to the amazing volunteers and donors that are dedicated to the mission at hand.

James is married, a new stepfather, and is excited to welcome his new son into the world who is due in early April 2019.


Caroline Rucker – Administrative Assistant

Born and raised in Connecticut, Caroline relocated to Florida 20 years ago to escape the New England winters.

She has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Mount Holyoke College. Since moving to Florida, Caroline held a variety of positions with local non-profits, local elected officials, event production companies, and amateur & professional sports associations.

In her spare time, Caroline enjoys traveling, cooking and most importantly spending time with her family, especially her five grandchildren.


Tamekia Bell – Senior Accountant

Tamekia is a new resident of the South Florida area, spending the last three years in the Washington, DC and the previous 15 years in Atlanta, GA. She has 12+ years of accounting experience, much of that experience in non-profit. She also has experience in public and construction accounting.

Tamekia has a real passion for non-profit and accounting in general. She has worked as a consultant for various non-profit organizations in the Atlanta and DC areas specializing in internal controls, process improvement, and general ledger cleanup.

She has an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and is working towards a CPA.
